To quickly bring you up to speed, we launched Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium back on January 1, 2016 with one very clear and simple mission:  To re-engineer public education worldwide.

Initially, I was merely satisfied at tossing around the concept of Virtual Campus Dormitories for the simple reason that parents, educators, administrators, public policy institutions, special interest groups, political institutions, and politicians from both sides of the aisle at all levels of government  had been crying out loud over the past fifty (50) years how broken the educational system is, its implications for the country at large, and "the urgency of now" to do something about it.   

Of course, I knew then - and still do, to this very day, hour, minute and second - that this was all bullshit, however, I decided to call them all out on it - all this brouhaha, posturing, and fake concerns about fixing the educational system - since the "real innovation in education" side of it is something that I have been exploring to offer on a global basis for quite some time over the last twenty (20) years.    

The July 22, 2013 paper ::: "A Paradigm Shift: From Public School to Virtual Campus Dormitory."  ::: was intended to be a quick introduction to the brick and mortar educational apparatchik in the form of : "Hello everyone, I am here and willing to contribute my knowledge and expertise toward coming up with a solution on how to fix this broken educational system."  

I proceeded to share this paper all over the world with just about every single major stakeholder in the educational sector.   From the Secretary of Education (or equivalent position) of nearly every single country in the world,  all the way down to public school administrators at the provincial, state, county, city and local level.   In addition, this paper was shared with leading architects, developers, builders, and other stakeholders of the educational infrastructure industry.   Philanthropic Organizations, Educational Foundations, Educational Associations, Teachers Union, Scions in the field of Education, Big Tech, etc., were also included on my list and invited to Collaborate or submit their feedback. 

By the way, I made sure that "No one was left behind" in terms of whom to contact.  The list of contacts was All-Inclusive with respect to nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, demographic, social status, class, politics, political affiliation, political party affiliation, etc.  

Now I need you to guess the number of people who responded in any way, shape, or form.  Well, it is only a rhetorical question for the simple reason that I  am sure you now understand where this discussion is headed.  The answer is ::: Not one single person, organization, or institution.  

Prepare yourself for what I am about to say.  Even my own children (who are themselves parents) and who have a tremendous amount of love and respect for their dad were not willing to comment on the paper for a number of reasons.   Hence, there was nothing sinister about this lack of enthusiasm and feedback.    

Eventually, I was able to figure out why "Mum was the word" from everyone.  Even though I thought I had done a decent job at addressing in the very first paragraph the skepticism I knew I was bound to encounter from the readers of that paper.   

I will not keep you in suspense, so here is what nobody wanted to tell me out loud:  

"Pierre, That's not the world that we live in.  There is no way in hell that public school children in the inner cities, rural areas, and suburbia are going to receive this sort of attention and level of education.  The parents don't expect it; the students don't expect it; the local school boards don't expect it; the communities don't expect it; the politicians don't expect it; the educational associations don't expect it; the teachers unions don't expect it; governments don't expect it; and, last but not least, this sounds so ritzy, preppy, and expensive for your average public school students.  In any case,  who the hell is going to pay for this?  And, by the way, what the hell is virtual organization management?

In other words, I was offering something that nobody really cared about:::or asked for:::due to the simple notion that "you can't achieve what you can't conceive."  The point being, nobody believed that they and these children deserved what they were reading in the paper.  Nobody really understood the entire concept for the simple reason that the "virtual organization management" discipline itself is completely ALIEN to them - and to this very day, hour, minute, and second, IT IS STILL ALIEN to 99.9% of the global population.  (There are many valid and legitimate reasons for that, however, they fall outside the scope of this paper.)  

In the real world that they all live in, the sort of education I proposed is not something that underclass, lower-class, lower middle-class, and middle-class kids get to benefit from for the simple reason that they cannot fathom how the parents would be able to afford it.  Especially when they already know that the government either can't afford it or will not go for it.  They believe ::: and know from experience ::: that this Virtual Campus Dormitory is something that only well-to-do upper middle class and upper class parents can afford for their children.  As far as they are concerned, if something looks and sounds too good to be true, then it is too good to be true;  and thus, it is not something that is worth pursuing.  Why even bother?                   

Fast Forward to January 1, 2016

Thus the reason why I decided to grab the bull by the horns and launched Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium on that very date.  Instead of offering advice and passively contribute to the launch of these Virtual Campus Dormitories in a subject matter expert capacity, I sought to engage potential stakeholders from across the globe who wanted to Build the very first Virtual Campus Dormitory that would serve as a model or prototype which can be emulated or replicated throughout the globe.  

Time to Reveal an Open Secret  

Before I proceed, let me take a few seconds or minutes to reveal an open secret:  Being the founder of the Virtual Organization Management discipline pioneered since 1997, you are free to tell anyone who wants to know what it is all about and you can tell them that you heard it directly from me.   The Virtual Organization Management discipline is all about the Cause of Human Evolution.  The simplest way for me to express it is in the following statements:  

  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual Organization.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as Virtual Organization Management.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as Virtual Organization Governance.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as Virtual Organization Advisors.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual Organization Advisory Board.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Chief Virtual Organization Advisor, Board Member.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Chief Virtual Organization Architect.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Master Virtual Organization Management Trainer.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Master Virtual Organization Recruitment Trainer.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual Organization Internship.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Research Fellowship.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual Organization Research Sabbatical.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual Organization Management Institute.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline,  there can be no Virtual Organization Leadership.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline,  there can be no Virtual Organization Leadership Executive.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there can be no Virtual Organization Leadership Force.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there can be no Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Search.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there can be no Virtual Organization Recruitment.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there can be no Virtual Organization Case Studies.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there can be no Virtual Organization Aptitude Assessment. 
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline,  there can be no Principled Leadership.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there can be no Principled Geopolitical Leadership.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline,  there can be no Political Evolution.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline,  Mankind will never be able to Make the Transition from Human Being to Intelligent Being. (And I dare anyone anywhere on this planet to challenge that statement.)
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, Mankind will never be able to Build a Futuristic City-State Enclave Based on a Civilized World Financial System. (Again, I dare anyone alive on this planet to present an intelligent challenge.  In fact, I am willing to settle for just a coherent statement.) 
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Digital Currency Consortium.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Digital Currency Ethical Board.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as The Digital Currency Manifesto.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, Mankind will never be able to Build a Global Civilization of Intelligent Beings.  
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual Campus Dormitory.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual University Campus.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual College Campus.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Virtual Residential Community.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as a Living Virtual Workspace.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, Mankind will never be able to Embark on the Road to Human Evolution.
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, Mankind will never know that We Are All Intelligent Beings-In-Progress(If there is one single person alive on this planet who can either agree with or refute this statement,  I can assure you that you are completely clueless as to what I mean by that. Prove me wrong.) 
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, we will never realize our Individual Condition. (I know you don't know what I mean by that.  One of the articles listed in this paper will give you the answer.) 
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, we will never be able to evolve from our current Primitive, Barbaric, and Savage condition.  (Yes, I am talking about YOU.  Without exception, we are all a bunch of Primitive And Barbaric Savages (PABS) - and I dare anyone anywhere on this planet to challenge this statement.)    
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, The Hamster Wheel of Human History operates in perpetuity. 
  • Without the Virtual Organization Management discipline, there is no such thing as HUMAN EVOLUTION.  Human Evolution will be confined to the world of science fiction.  

In conclusion, it is virtually impossible to understand the true meaning of the preceding statements without being firmly grounded in the virtual organization management discipline. 

Hence the reason why 99.99% of the global population is clueless as to how a Virtual Campus Dormitory will make a difference in not only their lives but also their children's lives.  They are unable to conceive or establish the connection:::or find the nexus:::between the virtual organization management discipline and all these things that the discipline makes possible.  

Instinctively, all they can equate it to is what their primitive mind can conceive and what they are familiar with:  The primitive and archaic notion of a fancy prep school or boarding school for privileged kids where students learn online and don't have to go to classrooms.

A Phenomenal Response from Investors

However, that being said, the story doesn't just end there.  When the July 22, 2013 paper ::: "A Paradigm Shift: From Public School to Virtual Campus Dormitory" was first released, and subsequent to the formation of Virtual Campus Dormitory in January of 2016,  our grand initiative did, however, elicit a phenomenal, global response from the investor class.   The source of this global response included all sorts of criminal elements,  scammers, rip-off artists, intelligence agency operatives,  government informants, compromise operations experts, secret-and-not so secret societies, etc.  

In other words, 

  • Just About Anybody who had a boatload of money and sought to maintain a ghost profile,  and wanted to get a decent return on their  money;  saw this concept of Virtual Campus Dormitories as a golden opportunity to just make a killing, no pun intended.  It's all about "the first-mover advantage."
  • Criminal Elements who wanted to hide their money from "criminal organizations acting under color of law" (i.e., governments and intelligence agencies always looking for alternative sources of income from criminals for their off-the-book operations).   They sought to park their money in the form of cash investments in Virtual Campus Dormitories.
  • Other Criminal Elements who wanted to hide their ill-gotten gains in Virtual Campus Dormitories worldwide.    
  • Scammers promising loans and investments came out of the woodwork from every single country in the world.  
  • Rip-off Artists wanted to  charge the consortium a loan application fee in order to process loan applications ranging anywhere from USD $100 million to $10 billion.
  • Intelligence Agency Operatives from various countries (with fake names and background)  who offered to help us out and become a Silent Partner for plausible deniability reasons.  They promised to use their connections with other intelligence operatives and many other businesses in the underworld who are moving money in and out on a daily basis at a very fast and furious pace.  (It's a clandestine world that regular 9-5 folks who work for a living cannot even begin to imagine.)  
  • Government Informants who tried to infiltrate our organization and "help us out" by putting us in touch with the right people because they really like what we are trying to do and they can help.   What a load of crap.    
  • Compromise Operations Operatives.   Believe it or not, the lines between truth and fiction are blurred.  These people do exist by the tens of million - and they come in all forms, shapes, and sizes.  No one is immune from these characters.  If you are made of flesh and bones, then you are susceptible to being corrupted.  In other words, Even the Corruptors Can Get Corrupted.  And Even the Corruption Fighters Can Get Corrupted.  That is why politicians don't stand a chance with these people.  That's a fact.  (However, that being said, in my world, they are all a bunch of naughty, mischievous kids and "babes in the woods.")
  • Secret and Not-So-Secret Societies.   Yes indeed. They are out there hiding in plain sight. There is no One-Size-Fits-All method of contact and modus operandi.  You've probably heard about some of them from either of the following:  (a) people "in the know";  (b) in "conspiracy theory" publications;  or (c) in movies and documentaries.   
Their bottom line pitch is this:  Your association with them will give you access to powerful people who are untouchable and they can do big things for you.  As well, you can expect to hear the old standard, childish and time immemorial refrain, "We take care of our own."  Contrary to what you see in the movies, or have read in those books and publications, they are extremely discreet and don't want to attract much attention - if any.  If you express no interest in them,  and you are clean, you won't hear from them again.  

They do have a great deal of respect for people who are principled and have a great deal of integrity.  (I speak from personal knowledge or experience over the last fifty (50) years.)   

The point being,  I was getting a strong response from the very people I wanted to avoid for the simple reason that the Virtual Organization Management discipline is ALL about the Cause of Human Evolution.  As elucidated under the previous heading "Time to Reveal An Open Secret" with respect to what the virtual organization management is all about,  you will notice that none of the members of the so-called Investor Class  give a shit about Virtual Organization Management and the Cause of Human Evolution.  It's all about money.   (There is nothing wrong with that. That's the world they live in. To each his own.)  

After reading the article and going over the Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium website, the only thing they wanted from me was a Business Plan  and How Much Money I Need.  I would just scratch my head and wonder:  

"How stupid can these people get?  These guys are dumber than mules and yet many of them are supposed to be high-caliber, world-renowned investors. I am offering them an opportunity of a lifetime and they are like a bunch of robots.  It's as if they don't know how to read and write.  How the hell did they ever get to make their money.  It must be sheer luck."   

Because if any of them had taken the time to read and understand the information listed on the Consortium website, they would have discovered that the Consortium itself has absolutely no need for investors.  An investor who joins the Consortium is no different than any other consortium member.  It just makes them smarter investors.  It's not rocket science.  I don't want anybody's money to build any Virtual Campus Dormitory.   

In fact, I even have a link on the Consortium website to a decent length article::::Exclusive Guide for Investors in The New Virtual Organization World::::which specifically states in black and white the role of the Consortium,  what my role is, and why the Consortium itself has no need for investors.  Read it for yourself.  It's in plain English.  It's there in plain daylight for everyone to see and read.  

No wonder most  investors lose their shirt on anywhere from 90-98% of the investments in their portfolio.  It's the 2% that they make a killing on that makes it all worthwhile for them.  They are NOT as smart as most people think they are.   

In fact, I have never come across a smart investor out of the hundreds that I have communicated with. And most of the honest ones will admit to you that their success is based on pure luck.  There is also fleeting success.  It's a really tough business and nobody has a crystal ball that can tell them how their investment is going to pan out.  Today they are in the Investors Hall of Fame; and a few years later, they are in the Investors Hall of Shame.        

The moral of the story is this: Virtual Campus Dormitory is all about Human Evolution.  We are clearly aware that 99.99% of the global population don't give a shit about Human Evolution.  Therefore, we are NOT going to make any effort to try to convince them to join us.  

In fact, even if someone who belongs to that 99.99% category were to request to become a member of the Consortium, and such person were the richest person in the world::::by the way, there is no such thing - this is all bullshit, childish, and moronic::::I would personally deny such request if I felt  (1) that the Potential Member does not have a clue as to what the Consortium is all about; (2) such person refused to take the time to understand what Virtual Organizations are all  about; and (3) their organization had absolutely no interest in Human Evolution.  (It's extremely easy to find out this information within minutes.  There is absolutely no way to hide it.)    

We Only Want to Chart A New Path with the .01% of the global population who share the Cause of Human Evolution. (See the Stand Tall Among Mental Midgets Or Chart A New Path article below for details.)  

Fast Forwarding to March 2023

Over the last seven (7) years since the launch of Virtual Campus Dormitory, there have been quite a number of global and geopolitical developments which necessitate a change in strategy and direction. The bottom line is this:   We've switched from the One-Size-Fits-All model to a Country and Culture-Centric approach for all Virtual Campus Dormitories worldwide.  As well, we also realized the impossibility and futility of trying to appeal to the status quo and the rest of that 99.99% of the global population on the merits of embarking on the Road to Human Evolution(You're better off talking to a tree in your backyard.)

The decision was then made to Chart A New Path.  A path that will put us on the Road to Human Evolution.  The path that will result in the Dawn of Human Evolution.  The path of the .01% of the global population who Share the Cause of Human Evolution.   

You will discover that new path in only one location: A Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System within the internal borders of each country.  

As to that .01% of the global population who Share the Cause of Human Evolution, there will no longer be the need for them to spend a lifetime trying to convince, cajole, coerce, prod, admonish or shame the 99.99% of the global population for not understanding the nexus between the Virtual Organization Management discipline, Virtual Organization Leadership, Principled Geopolitical Leadership, Political Evolution, Virtual Campus Dormitory, a Futuristic City-State Enclave and Human Evolution.   Frankly, that is the sort of distraction that the .01% do not need and can do without.  

With respect to the Virtual Campus Dormitory concept, They Get It !  Being among kindred spirits is an honor and privilege.  They understand the imperative to proceed on the Road to Human Evolution.

Now, it becomes their individual responsibility to petition their friends, family members, colleagues, associates, business leaders, government officials, public policy institutions, and their country's leaders at the local and national level on the merits of hosting a Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System within their own country's borders. 

What The Sea Change In Implementation Is All About

Now that we have covered a lot of ground on why we made the decision to Chart A New Path, let me outline the Sea Change In Implementation of Virtual Campus Dormitories Worldwide which has taken place. 

  • Prior to the Sea Change :::  Any organization from anywhere in the world could join Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium subject to meeting our membership requirements.   And such organization could participate in the One-Size-Fits-All Virtual Campus Dormitory project underway during the term of their membership.  There was no restriction on the geography or site location of a Virtual Campus Dormitory (e.g., it could be in any country and in any location within such country.)   Once a site for the very first Virtual Campus Dormitory has been selected and approved by Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium, then ALL current and new members of the Consortium  would be assigned to work on that specific project until its completion.  Upon the completion of such Prototype Virtual Campus Dormitory, the members are free to use their own initiative outside of the Consortium in order to launch any future Virtual Campus Dormitory anywhere in the world they choose.  At which point, the role of the Consortium would be to give its Seal of Approval to such future campus dormitories.   

After the Sea Change :::  A Virtual Campus Dormitory can only be launched on the territory of a Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System that is currently underway or hosted within the borders of a specific country.   Any country in the world can apply to Host Only One Futuristic City-State Enclave within their country's internal borders.  (That's all that we can handle at this point in time.)  Any organization that resides within a specific country which is currently hosting a Futuristic City-State Enclave can apply for membership on Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium.   That organization's activities would be strictly confined to the Virtual Campus Dormitory within the Futuristic City-State Enclave in their country.   

For example,  an organization which is based in China cannot apply to join Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium if  there is not an existing Futuristic City-State Enclave project that is currently underway in China.  In the event such Futuristic City-State Enclave project is currently underway or has been completed in China,  then the organization based in China can apply to join Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium. 

Therefore, for that .01% of the global population who Share the Cause of Human Evolution and would like to join Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium in order to participate in the launch of a Virtual Campus Dormitory within their country, this sea change in the implementation of Virtual Campus Dormitories will give them the incentive to petition their government to apply for membership on The New Virtual Organization World Consortium in order to be able to submit an Official Request to Host a Futuristic City-State Enclave within their own country's borders.  

By the way, The New Virtual Organization Consortium - NOT Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium - is the only Consortium which is authorized to negotiate with governments worldwide with respect to a government's official request to Host a Futuristic City-State Enclave within their country's internal borders.           

Conclusion

In essence, the net effect of this sea change is the following:

  • All members of Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium will have an opportunity to participate in the building of a Virtual Campus Dormitory only within the borders of a Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System that is hosted on their country's territory.  In other words, the Virtual Campus Dormitory can only be located within the Futuristic City-State Enclave and nowhere else in their country. 
  • By restricting Virtual Campus Dormitories strictly to a Futuristic City-State Enclave within a Country, that frees us to integrate not only Virtual Campus Dormitories but also Virtual Residential Communities, Virtual University Campuses, Living Virtual Workspaces, and every single other Virtual Organization-related project within a local Futuristic City-State Enclave.
  • That also means, if a country's leaders do not see or cannot understand the benefits of Hosting a  Futuristic City-State Enclave on their territory, then these .01% candidates who share the Cause of Human Evolution will NOT be able to join the Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium. 
  • This change is designed to incentivize those who seek to Collaborate on the building of a Virtual Campus Dormitory to petition their government to host such Futuristic City-State Enclave on their territory.   After all, the .01% candidates get it!  They understand the historical value of such endeavorThey understand the impact that it will have on their country and the Cause of Human Evolution. 
This bottom-up approach and change in direction is indeed a tsunami sea change in the implementation of Virtual Campus Dormitories worldwide.   Now we can all focus on Collaboration and getting the job done as soon as possible.  

As well, this will stir a little bit of friendly competition between ALL the Futuristic City-State Enclaves across the globe and spur a tremendous amount of Collaboration between them.  It will result in a Win-Win-Win situation for The Three (3) Consortia:  The New Virtual Organization World Consortium - Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium - Virtual Residential Community Consortium :::: The Futuristic City-State Enclaves ::: and, last but not least, The Countries that Host these Futuristic City-State Enclaves. 

In the Grand Scheme of Things

After all has been said and done, the question that we should all ask is, "What does this all mean in the grand scheme of things."  As part of making the transition from Human Being to Intelligent Being, and as one of my future Human Evolution students, you will be taught to take "The Grand Scheme of Things" into consideration with respect to any significant endeavor.    For the simple reason that,  without a clear understanding of the grand scheme of things, you will eventually come to a roadblock and not know how to proceed - thence the end of your venture and the beginning of a great unraveling.  

To those of you who truly believe in the Cause of Human Evolution, I will eventually disclose that information to you so that you can in turn freely share it with others whom you deem to be kindred spirits.  Until then,  I look forward to seeing you on the Road to Human Evolution.

To quickly bring you up to speed, we have been engaged in a global search for potential Virtual Organization Leadership Executives who subscribe to the Cause of Human Evolution.   

Moreover, upon candidate identification, please review the following excerpt within the description of nearly every single position.  It is part of an intensive 7-10 year selection and onboarding process in order to secure a formal appointment to each position:

I know you have never heard of anything like that before and you may probably be wondering who in their right mind would be willing to go through this kind of effort just to secure a formal appointment to a position.   That alone tells you how important that position is.  You must be thinking that this must be a One-Of-A-Kind position.  Well, you bet it is.  Every single leadership position must reflect our ideals:  

The Ideals of The New Virtual Organization World

The New Virtual Organization World is all about Virtual Organization Management, Virtual Organization Leadership, Principled Geopolitical Leadership, Political Evolution, Mankind making the Transition from Human Being to Intelligent Being, and Building a Global Civilization of Intelligent Beings in order to embark on the Road to Human Evolution. And Our Ultimate Cause is Human Evolution. 

Now that you are clear on our ideals, it's no longer difficult to imagine why on God's green earth anyone would want to go though this entire executive search, selection and onboarding process.  The answer is now crystal clear:

For the simple reason that there is absolutely no one in the world who has any sort of experience in Virtual Organization Management, Virtual Organization Leadership, Principled Geopolitical Leadership, Political Evolution, Making the Transition from Human Being to Intelligent Being, Building a Civilized World of Intelligent Beings, and Human Evolution.

Moreover, having a dialogue or discussion with anyone who would claim to have such knowledge and experience would be the equivalent of participating in a seance, getting a reading from a fortune teller, having a session with your local voodoo priest, or listening to the typical annual State of the Union message from a world leader.  (In other words, listening to pure, unadulterated bullshit.) 

Last but not least, actions speak louder than words.  Going through this entire 7-10 year process if the equivalent of  Talk the Talk, and Walk the Walk for the sake of Human Evolution.    

Another Level of Difficulty     

However, the facts on the ground now dictate that we introduce an additional layer of difficulty.  In order to breathe some new life, energy, and the "urgency of now" into the Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System project,  VOM Institute has decided to only consider Executive Leadership Team candidates who fall into the following special category:   

  • The federal government of their country of residence is a member of  The New Virtual Organization World Consortium.
  • Their country has submitted an Official Request to Host a Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System within their borders.
  • The New Virtual Organization World Consortium has approved their country's request subject to meeting the terms of the consortium.  
  • The official launch of the Futuristic City-State Enclave project has gotten underway.
  • The Candidates want to Chart a New Path.   (Read it later - the link is also included below.)

Why is that, you might ask?     Let me outline the reasons in chronological order.

In other words, since we are no longer dealing with only one Futuristic City-State Enclave and have opened up the gates to every single country in the world::::and our executive search and onboarding process for our Executive Leadership Team is also open to Human Evolution  Candidates from every single country in the world::::then it makes a hell lot more sense to bring on board candidates from their respective countries to staff their local Futuristic City-State Enclave for quite a number of reasons.   Such reasons include their familiarity with the local terrain, language, culture, political and business landscape, etc.  

After all, it makes absolutely no sense to assign a Vietnamese Human Evolution Candidate to the Leadership Team of an Austrian Futuristic City-State Enclave since all such enclaves are supposed to be "country-oriented and culture specific" instead of a One-Size-Fits-All enclave.  This is just a simplistic version of the primary reasons and their implications.     

  • It's also a matter of fairness.  As the old saying goes, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander."  As the foregoing indicates, since we require all Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Research Fellowship candidates to come from countries which are currently Hosting a Futuristic City-State Enclave within their borders, then it would be unfair to hold our Executive Leadership Team Candidates to a different set of standards.   Therefore, with respect to our requirements that all such candidates must Serve a 2-YEAR TERM with the Leadership Team of a “Confidential” Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System, then all  Executive Leadership Team Candidates would have to serve their 2-year term within  their local Futuristic City-State Enclave.     
  • It's also about "The Urgency of Now."   The most conservative estimate of completion time for a  Futuristic City-State is around 25-30 years.  That means, based on today's actuarial data regarding a life expectancy of 79 years for many human beings, I will be long dead and buried  way before the completion of the very first full-fledged Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System. (Yes, I am an old fogey and I am not getting any younger!)   

As well, with respect to all Human Evolution Candidates who get to come on board between now and the next 10 years,  it is reasonable to assume that the majority of them, from the youngest to the oldest, will be in their 60-70's by the time they get to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the formal launch of the very first Futurist City-State Enclave within their country.  

The bottom line is this:  Time is not on our side.  Therefore, we have no room for prima donnas to sit back, relax and fart around while others are hard at work trying to advance the Cause of Human Evolution.  Human Evolution is NOT possible without the Futuristic City-State Enclave.  Thus, we ALL need to roll up our sleeves in our respective country in order to let our federal government know how Critical the Futuristic City-State Enclave is to the Cause of Human Evolution.   We need All Hands On Deck.  Thus, we ALL need to approach our Cause, Vision, Mission, and the Grand Scheme of Things with "the urgency of now."   

  • And last but not least, it is also The Ultimate Litmus Test.  That's where we get to find out whom within our midst really and truly Share the Cause of Human Evolution; are sick and tired of playing the Standing Tall Among Mental Midgets game; and want to Chart a New Path.  The February 28, 2023 article::::Stand Tall Among Mental Midgets Or Chart A New Path::::goes into the details. 

Conclusion

In conclusion, I could not have made it  any clearer in terms of what our organization and every single one of the Executive Leadership Team positions are all about.    Therefore, it only takes a split second to know whether or not you are a fit for any of them.  If the message in this document instantly resonated with you without any sort of mental reservations or purpose of evasion, then proceed with the Process outlined in the description of the position.

Thus, a perfect time for me to segue way into what this sea change is all about.  It applies ONLY to those who have a bona fide and strong interest in the Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Research Fellowship Program.  Otherwise, there is no need for you to proceed beyond this point.

  • Even if you have successfully completed the first step of the process (i.e., the required one-year tenure as an Official Global Ambassador of your respective country at VOMI Global Think Tank); and thence, have automatically become eligible for  consideration:::not selection:::as a Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Research Fellow;  however, prior to your being selected to participate in the program, you will still need to (1) either petition your government on the merits of having such futuristic city-state enclave in your country and then wait until your government's request has been approved by our consortium subject to meeting all our requirements; or (2) wait until your country deems it in its best national and geopolitical interests to contact us on their own volition and obtain our final approval to launch such project within your own country.   (Yes, we do have the final say as to whether or not such project can begin in your country.)   
  • Otherwise, upon the completion of your one-year tenure, you will have an opportunity to remain an Official Global Ambassador subject to meeting all terms and conditions of the renewal of your appointment.
  • In the interim, by virtue of your current or prior status as Official Global Ambassador,  your name will be placed on a Priority Waiting List of Fellowship Applicants until such time as the official launch of a Futuristic City-State Enclave in your country gets underway. 
  • Thus, in the absence of a concerted national grass-roots campaign on the part of your country's citizens; a strong lobbying effort to get your country's leaders to endorse such project;  and  depending on the wisdom and foresight of your country's leaders, or lack thereof;  the transition from Official Global Ambassador to Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Leadership Fellow could take anywhere from one year to an eternity.          
This level of transparency is extremely important to us in terms of remaining true to our values and faithful to our ideals of living in a Principled and Civilized World in order to make the Transition from Human Being to Intelligent Being and embark on the road to Human Evolution.
