What does Human Evolution 2-22-2222 have to do with going to The Moon and The Free World?   The simple answer is symbiosis. 

However, that being said, here is a comprehensive version of my simple answer:

Part 6.  The Moon and The Free World - Two Sides of the Same Coin    

• The Moon and The Free World Are Two Sides of the Same Coin.    The point being any individual, entity or territory which subscribes to the letter and spirit of the principles and recommendations outlined in the foregoing Parts 1-5 of this document is, by definition, a bona fide member of The Free World.     
• Moreover, in the absence of being a bona fide member of The Free World, it is literally and figuratively impossible for any individual to make the transition from Human Being to Intelligent Being in order to embark on the Road to Human Evolution 2-22-2222 - and EVOLVE.
• Therefore, you cannot be both "partially-Free" and an Intelligent Being.                
              

In Conclusion

There is an infinite number of paths leading to the Road of Human Evolution 2-22-2222.  Going to the Moon is merely the path of least resistance for architects of physical terrestrial and extraterrestrial civilizations or territories who seek to accomplish any of the following:  

• Make history by launching the very first physical extraterrestrial Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222 in the universe ::: 
• Allow their inhabitants to Make the Transition from Human Being to Intelligent Being without any unnecessary and unwelcome distraction :::  
• Build a Futuristic City-State Enclave Based on a Civilized World Financial System without incurring the wrath of the powers-that-be of the current State and Global Financial System :::  
• Stand on the Shoulders of Giants in order to Architect a Global Civilization of Intelligent Beings without interference from the State and current Global Financial System ::: 

All in order to embark on the Road to Human Evolution 2-22-2222 - and EVOLVE. 

Otherwise, the simplest path is to merely become a Human Evolution Station 2-22-2222.
